Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in New York for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours seasonal role with an expected 0–14 hours per week, depending on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising during peak periods, and must be available from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays. Hourly pay is $21.75–$24.88, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, while maintaining operational standards.
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Help foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store during peak business periods.
