Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Ensure visual merchandising accuracy through promotional setups and event execution
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork within the store environment
- Uphold Sephora's brand standards and maintain safe, secure shopping conditions
