Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate in Nashville to deliver client service and support store operations during peak retail season, October–January.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the achievement of sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
- Maintain the visual presentation of the store through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Ensure operational standards are upheld and contribute to a safe, secure shopping experience
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork among store staff
