Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for a part-time, flex, non-guaranteed-hours role, with expected schedules of 0–14 hours per week according to business needs. The position supports client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and event execution; availability is required from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays. The hourly pay range is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Set up promotional displays accurately and support event execution to maintain Sephora's visual merchandising standards.
