Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in creating outstanding shopping experiences while contributing to sales objectives
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards across store departments
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand identity through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment that promotes openness and empowers team members and clients
