Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Miami Beach for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role, with weekly hours varying from 0–14 based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, events and store standards, and must be available for peak periods and scheduling from October 5 through January 10.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
