Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Miami for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours, part-time role, with expected hours of 0–14 per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, store operations, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and event execution; scheduling is available from October 5 through January 10, including peak periods, nights, weekends and holidays. Hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Maintain accurate promotional displays and execute events in line with Sephora’s brand.
