Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Miami for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role, with an expected 0–14 hours per week based on business needs and a schedule from October 5 through January 10. The role supports client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and event execution; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
