Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Miami to support client service, sales goals, store operations and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role is expected to involve 0–14 hours per week, with scheduling available from October 5 through January 10; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
