Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Macon, Georgia, for a non-guaranteed-hours, part-time flex role scheduled October 5 through January 10, with expected hours of 0–14 per week based on business needs. The role supports client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, and an inclusive, safe shopping environment; hourly pay is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events to maintain Sephora's visual merchandising standards.
