Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Louisville to support client service, store operations and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This is a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours position with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week; availability is required from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays. Hourly pay is $16.60–$19.30, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
