Sephora seasonal associate position in Lethbridge, AB—flexible part-time role (0–14 hrs/week) during the holiday season. CAD$17–$20/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals during peak retail periods
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards across the sales floor
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Create a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience that reflects Sephora's brand values and standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and security while upholding company policies
