Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate in Lahaina to support client service, sales goals, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and store operations. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role has variable scheduling of 0–14 hours per week, with availability required for nights, weekends and holidays; scheduling runs from October 5 through January 10. Hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events to reflect Sephora’s brand through visual merchandising.
- Help foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store during peak business periods.
Qualifications
