Sephora is hiring a part-time Seasonal Associate in Houston, with non-guaranteed hours and an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The role supports client service, store operations and visual merchandising, with availability required for peak retail periods and scheduling from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10. The hourly pay range is $19.80–$22.90, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
