Sephora Seasonal Associate in Houston, TX—flexible part-time retail role supporting client service and store operations during peak season (Oct–Jan).
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service by supporting the store team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales targets
- Manage inventory, execute stock replenishment, process order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards throughout the store
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure accurate promotional setups, signage, and event execution that reflect the Sephora brand
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork by promoting openness and empowering colleagues in a collaborative environment
