Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Houston, TX for flexible part-time retail support during peak season.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support sales achievement in a collaborative team environment
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards
- Ensure visual merchandising standards through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Foster inclusivity and teamwork by promoting a culture of openness and empowerment
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization while upholding Sephora's brand standards and security protocols
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Available to work Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10
- Available for flexible scheduling during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills
Experience
Experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred; quick learner with demonstrated ability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
