Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods. This flexible, part-time role involves client service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational support. The position runs from October 5 through January 10, with 0–14 hours weekly availability required during nights, weekends, and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising and promotional setups to reflect Sephora's brand standards
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Support store operations during peak business periods, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Foster a culture of inclusion and teamwork throughout the customer experience
