Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods from October through January. The role encompasses point-of-sale transactions, inventory management, visual merchandising, and promotional execution in a fast-paced, inclusive environment with flexible hours of 0–14 per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support sales achievement during peak business moments
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Execute visual merchandising displays and promotional setups to reflect Sephora brand standards
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming store environment where all clients and colleagues feel valued
- Uphold company policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Maintain flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays throughout the seasonal period
