Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate in Glenarden for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role, with expected schedules of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service and store operations during peak periods, with availability required from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events to maintain Sephora’s visual standards.
