Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Fresno for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours part-time role, with expected hours varying from 0–14 per week based on business needs. The associate supports client service, sales goals, store operations, visual merchandising and inclusive teamwork, and must be available for scheduling from October 5 through January 10, including peak periods. Hourly pay is $20.85–$23.98, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
