Sephora Canada seeks a Seasonal Associate in Fredericton, NB for flexible retail beauty support during peak seasons.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure store displays reflect Sephora brand standards and promotional setups
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and teamwork among colleagues and clients
- Uphold Sephora standards by following company policies and maintaining a clean, safe, and secure shopping environment
- Support flexible scheduling with 0–14 weekly hours based on business needs, including nights and weekends
Qualifications
- Some experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner capable of efficiently completing job tasks
- Ability to deliver outstanding client service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a goal-driven mindset
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Skills
Experience
