Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Franklin, Tennessee, for a part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role with an expected 0–14 hours per week, varying with business needs. The associate supports client service, sales, store operations and visual merchandising and must be available for scheduling from October 5 through January 10, including peak retail periods.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Help promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Be available during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends and holidays.
