Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate for a part-time, flex, non-guaranteed-hours role in Fort Lauderdale, with 0–14 hours per week expected based on business needs. The role supports client service, store operations, order fulfillment and visual merchandising, with availability required from October 5 through January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
