Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods at its Durham, NC location. The role encompasses client service, inventory management, visual merchandising assistance, and operational support across flexible weekly hours (0–14 hours per week) from October 5 through January 10. The successful candidate will foster an inclusive, welcoming environment while maintaining Sephora's brand standards and operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support achievement of sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational standards
