Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Dania Beach to support client service, sales, store operations, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours seasonal role offers a variable schedule of 0–14 hours per week, with availability required from October 5 through January 10 and during nights, weekends, and holidays. The hourly pay range is $18.00–$20.50, depending on geographic location.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
  • Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
  • Set up promotions accurately and execute events to support visual merchandising.
  • Help foster an inclusive, open culture where everyone feels empowered.
  • Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
  • Maintain a stocked, visually ready store during peak business periods.

Qualifications

  • Availability for a variable schedule of 0–14 hours per week, based on business needs.
  • Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Availability to be scheduled from October 5 through January 10.
  • Punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Retail, hospitality, or client-focused experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
