Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for its Dania Beach store to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak business periods. The role encompasses inventory management, stock replenishment, visual merchandising assistance, and the cultivation of an inclusive, collaborative environment. This position offers flexible, non-guaranteed scheduling of 0–14 hours per week from October through January.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service by supporting the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales targets
- Manage inventory, process stock replenishment, and fulfill orders while maintaining operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
