Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Chino Hills to support client service, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak retail periods. The part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role offers an expected 0–14 hours per week, with scheduling available Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10, including nights, weekends and holidays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Set up promotions accurately and execute events to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store and support onstage service and store operations during peak business periods.
