Sephora Canada seeks a seasonal associate for the 2024 holiday period to deliver exceptional client service and support daily store operations in a fast-paced beauty retail environment. This flexible, part-time position involves managing inventory, executing visual merchandising, and fostering a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience during peak retail periods, with hours varying 0–14 per week based on business needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals and outstanding client experiences
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and event execution that reflect Sephora's brand
