Sephora is hiring a part-time Seasonal Associate in Chicago for a flexible, non-guaranteed-hours role scheduled from October 5 through January 10, with expected weekly hours of 0–14 based on business needs. The role supports client service, sales goals, inventory, order fulfillment, visual merchandising and store operations during peak periods; hourly pay is $19.80–$22.90, depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and execute events to maintain Sephora’s visual brand presentation.
- Help promote an open, inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Provide onstage service and support store operations during peak business periods.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store.
