Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for its Chestnut Hill location to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods. The role encompasses client-facing service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational support, with flexible scheduling from October through January.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service and support the team in creating outstanding client experiences while achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
- Ensure visual merchandising excellence through accurate promotional setups and event execution aligned with Sephora's brand standards
