Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for Canton, OH (Oct 5–Jan 10). Flexible part-time retail role, $18–$20.50/hr.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service while supporting the sales team and achieving revenue goals
- Manage inventory, process stock replenishment, fulfill orders, and uphold operational excellence standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora brand standards through accurate promotional displays and event execution
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming shopping environment and promote teamwork across the store
- Maintain store safety, security, and cleanliness to create an enjoyable customer experience
- Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling availability across peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
