Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences by supporting the team in achieving sales goals and brand standards
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment to maintain operational readiness
- Assist with visual merchandising, promotional setups, and event execution to reflect Sephora's brand aesthetic
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative environment where all team members feel empowered
- Maintain a clean, stocked, visually ready store that adheres to company policies and safety standards
- Support both onstage service and backstage operations during peak business moments
Qualifications
