Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Bozeman, Montana, to support client service, sales goals, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role offers an expected 0–14 hours per week, with scheduling availability required from October 5 through January 10 and during nights, weekends and holidays; pay is $16.60–$19.30 per hour depending on geographic location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in creating outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards.
- Help ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution.
- Promote a culture of openness where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help create a safe, secure and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Maintain a stocked, visually ready store during peak business periods.
Qualifications
- Availability for a variable schedule of 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
- Availability during peak retail operations, including nights, weekends and holidays.
- Available to be scheduled Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
- Punctuality and consistent attendance.
- Experience in a retail, hospitality or client-focused environment preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
