Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client service and support store operations during peak business periods at the Boulder, Colorado location. The role encompasses sales support, inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational excellence while fostering an inclusive retail environment. This non-guaranteed hours position offers flexible scheduling from October 5 through January 10, with an expected schedule of 0–14 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support achievement of sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and assist with visual merchandising execution
- Foster inclusivity and promote a culture of openness and empowerment
- Uphold Sephora standards and help create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Support daily store operations with flexible availability during peak retail hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment preferred
