Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for its Boca Raton store to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods. The role encompasses customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale support, operating on a flexible schedule of 0–14 hours per week from October through January.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support achievement of sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Ensure accurate promotional setups and assist with visual merchandising to reflect Sephora's brand standards
- Foster inclusivity and promote a collaborative team culture where all team members feel empowered
- Uphold Sephora's policies and contribute to a safe, secure, and welcoming shopping environment
- Support point-of-sale operations and process transactions accurately
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays during peak retail operations
- Availability from Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10
