Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment according to operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution
- Maintain a stocked and visually ready store environment
- Promote a culture of inclusivity and teamwork while supporting operational excellence
- Uphold Sephora's policies and standards to create a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience
- Work flexibly during peak retail operations including nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
