Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support team efforts in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand through accurate promotional setups and visual merchandising execution
- Foster inclusivity and promote a culture of openness and teamwork throughout the store
- Uphold Sephora standards, company policies, and create a safe, secure shopping experience
- Support daily store operations during peak retail periods, nights, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
