Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and maintain operational standards
- Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store reflects Sephora's brand standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, secure, and visually ready shopping environment
- Foster inclusivity and support a culture of openness and empowerment
- Support daily store operations during peak retail periods including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Some experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Quick learner capable of efficiently completing assigned tasks
- Ability to deliver outstanding client service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
