Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate for the Ashburn, Virginia store to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods. The role involves managing inventory, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment aligned with Sephora's brand standards. This is a non-guaranteed hours, flexible position available from October 5 through January 10, with weekly hours typically ranging from 0–14 hours per week based on business needs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client experiences and support the team in achieving sales goals
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment while maintaining operational standards
