Sephora seeks a Seasonal Associate to deliver exceptional client experiences and support store operations during peak retail periods. The role encompasses client service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and operational support in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The position offers flexible scheduling from October through January, with expected hours ranging from 0–14 per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional client service and support sales objectives
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and operational standards
- Execute visual merchandising setups and promotional displays to reflect Sephora's brand standards
- Foster an inclusive, welcoming store environment that empowers team members and clients
- Uphold company policies and maintain store safety and security standards
- Maintain punctuality and reliable attendance during peak retail operations including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
