Sephora is hiring a Seasonal Associate in Allen, Texas, to support client service, store operations, inventory, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising during peak business periods. This part-time, non-guaranteed-hours role has variable weekly hours of 0–14 and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; the scheduling period runs Monday, October 5 through Sunday, January 10.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the team in delivering outstanding client experiences and achieving sales goals.
- Manage inventory, replenish stock, fulfill orders, and maintain operational standards.
- Support visual merchandising by ensuring accurate promotional setups and executing events.
- Promote an inclusive culture where everyone feels empowered.
- Follow company policies and help maintain a safe, secure, and enjoyable shopping experience.
- Provide store operations and client service support during peak business periods, maintaining a welcoming, stocked, and visually ready store.
- Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance; be available for peak retail operations, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
