Sephora — Neuilly-sur-Seine: SAP Technical Assistant internship (Projects & Continuous Improvement), 6-month hybrid placement starting July 2026.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support SAP S/4HANA migration activities as part of the S!ONE programme, assisting technical leads with implementation tasks and coordination.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (SAP project teams, architecture, Cloud) to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks and solution diagrams for SAP landscapes and integration points.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives: analyse incidents, propose technical optimisations and participate in post-implementation reviews.
- Assist with environment provisioning, basic troubleshooting and coordination with Cloud providers (GCP/AWS/Azure) and infrastructure teams.
- Participate in testing activities (unit/regression/support scenarios) and track remediation of defects under SAP technical supervision.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or equivalent.
- Foundational knowledge of information systems and technical architectures.
- Interest in ERP landscapes, specifically SAP technologies and migrations.
- Basic familiarity with Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS or Azure) is an advantage.
- Strong written communication skills and comfort authoring technical documentation in French and/or English.

Experience
Beginner level: no prior professional experience required; academic coursework, project work or prior internships involving ERP/SAP or cloud concepts are advantageous.
Education
Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate programme (Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or similar).

The successful candidate will be located in Neuilly-sur-Seine, Île-de-France, France, with easy access to Paris.
