Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and assume management responsibilities during absences or as delegated
- Manage customer service excellence and oversee sales floor operations
- Direct team members and ensure consistent service delivery across the store
- Ensure compliance with Sephora brand standards, policies, and operational procedures
- Apply and demonstrate cosmetic product knowledge to enhance customer experience
- Monitor sales targets, profitability, and key performance metrics
- Conduct cash register operations as needed
- Maintain visual presentation and adherence to dress code standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in retail, services, or hospitality
- High school diploma or equivalent; university degree preferred
- Excellence in verbal communication and customer service delivery
- Demonstrated analytical and logical reasoning skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Foreign language proficiency preferred
