Sephora seeks a Sales Supervisor for its São Paulo store. Lead teams, drive customer service excellence, and grow with a global beauty leader.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in all operational and administrative functions
- Oversee customer service delivery and ensure compliance with Sephora's service standards and brand culture
- Directly manage team members and drive performance toward individual and store-level targets
- Operate point-of-sale systems and perform cash handling when required
- Apply cosmetic product knowledge to advise and assist clients
- Assume full store management duties during the manager's absence or when delegated
- Monitor adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and financial objectives
- Provide clear, objective verbal communication with both customers and team members
Qualifications
- Complete secondary education or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Demonstrated supervisory or retail management experience
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal communication
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Knowledge of beauty products and cosmetics preferred
- Foreign language proficiency preferred
- Consistent and reliable work ethic with respect for dress code standards
Skills
Experience
Supervisory or management experience in retail, services, or customer-facing environments is desirable; entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal and leadership qualities will be considered.
Education
Complete secondary education or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Foreign language competency is a plus.
