Sephora Sales Supervisor role in São Paulo—lead retail operations, manage teams, and inspire customers in the beauty industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support store manager and assume management responsibilities in their absence or when delegated
- Directly supervise customer service, team performance, and sales operations across assigned departments or zones
- Ensure compliance with Sephora brand concepts, culture, and company policies while maximizing profitability and adherence to KPIs
- Maintain clear, objective verbal communication with customers and staff
- Operate point-of-sale systems when required
- Provide consistent and reliable customer service; demonstrate product knowledge and ability to apply cosmetic products to customers when needed
- Model company dress code standards and professional presentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred)
