Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store manager in day-to-day operations and assume full management responsibilities in their absence
- Oversee customer service delivery and ensure consistent, reliable service aligned with Sephora's standards and culture
- Manage team performance, training, and development within the assigned zone or section
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies, objectives, and financial targets
- Apply and demonstrate cosmetic product knowledge to customers
- Foster a team-oriented environment with emphasis on customer focus and results-driven outcomes
Qualifications
- Secondary education completed (High School equivalent) or higher
- Desirable: undergraduate degree
- Desirable: foreign language proficiency
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desirable
- Product application expertise in cosmetics desirable
