Role & Responsibilities
- Support store manager and directly oversee customer service delivery, operational processes, and team management within assigned department or store section
- Ensure adherence to Sephora brand concepts and company culture while maximizing profitability and meeting organizational objectives and policies
- Assume full managerial responsibilities in the absence of or when delegated by the store manager
- Manage point-of-sale operations and cash handling when required
- Provide clear, objective verbal communication with customers and staff
- Apply cosmetic product knowledge to customer consultations
- Maintain consistent, reliable service delivery and enforce dress code compliance
- Develop and mentor team members to achieve sales targets and performance goals
Qualifications
- Completion of secondary education or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Desirable experience in management within retail, services, or supervisory roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite preferred
- Foreign language proficiency desirable
- Knowledge of beauty and cosmetics products desirable

Experience
Beginner-level management experience in retail, services, or team supervision desirable; retail or beauty industry background beneficial but not required.
Education
Secondary education (high school) or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred. Foreign language proficiency desirable.
