Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and manage customer service delivery across assigned retail sections
- Support and deputise for the store manager, assuming full responsibility during their absence or as delegated
- Lead and develop team members, ensuring alignment with Sephora's culture and service standards
- Operate cash registers and process transactions as required
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product knowledge across beauty categories
- Monitor performance metrics and drive results against sales and profitability objectives
- Apply cosmetic products to clients and provide beauty consultations
- Enforce brand compliance, dress code standards, and workplace policies
Qualifications
- Completed secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- Previous supervisory, retail management, or customer service leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cosmetics and beauty products desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite desirable
- Fluency in additional languages desirable
