Sephora São Paulo seeks a Sales Supervisor to lead customer service, team performance and store operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily store leadership and assume full managerial responsibilities in their absence.
- Directly manage customer service standards, team performance, staff scheduling and frontline HR processes for the assigned store zone or section.
- Drive sales results and profitability by coaching advisors, setting clear targets and monitoring key performance indicators.
- Ensure consistent execution of Sephora merchandising, visual standards and operational procedures across the assigned area.
- Train and develop store advisors in product knowledge and selling techniques, including in-store cosmetic application and demonstrations.
- Operate the point-of-sale when required and ensure cash handling procedures and loss-prevention policies are followed.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, dress code and brand culture while promoting an inclusive customer experience.
- Be available for business travel as required to support regional store activities or training.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail supervision or management, preferably in beauty or personal care retail.
- High school diploma required; university degree or higher education desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing team performance.
- Strong verbal communication skills and customer service orientation; ability to deliver product application services.
- Flexibility to work retail hours and availability for travel when required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with POS systems desirable.
- Fluency in Portuguese; foreign language skills are desirable but not mandatory.

At least 3 years of supervisory or management experience in retail or service environments, preferably within beauty or cosmetics.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; university degree preferred.
