Sephora — São Paulo (Shopping Cidade Jardim): Sales Supervisor role, on-site retail leadership focused on customer service and team development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the store manager and directly lead customer service, sales performance, team management, operational processes and HR tasks for an assigned ‘world’/section.
- Drive sales and profitability targets for the section through coaching, product knowledge and execution of merchandising and visual standards.
- Ensure compliance with Sephora’s retail concepts, policies and cultural standards; act as store manager in their absence or when delegated.
- Coach and develop team members through on‑the‑job training and performance feedback; ensure consistent, reliable service and correct cosmetic application to customers.
- Manage point‑of‑sale operations when required, support scheduling and administrative tasks, and uphold loss‑prevention and presentation/dress‑code standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; university degree preferred.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience in retail or service environments is desirable.
- Excellent verbal communication and customer‑service orientation; ability to apply cosmetic products on clients.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to operate a cash register/POS.
- Flexible availability, professional presentation, collaborative mindset, ethical conduct and results orientation.
